Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash.
This property requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for all reservations. If you expect to be late for your scheduled check-in time, please notify the property at least 1 hour prior to check-in. There will be no fee if you notify the property in advance.
A fee of GBP 30 fee applies for rearranging the check-in, in case of late arrival (over 15 minutes), without prior notice by call and text message (at least 1 hour before check in time). The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge a fee of GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID. Please inform Millharbour in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

微軟幾乎稱霸個人電腦作業系統30年，雖然近年蘋果Mac逐漸受到青睞，但Windows仍然有一定優勢，但在智慧型手機，微軟摔了一大跤，最近終於將Lumia系列手機下架，2017年Build大會，宣布iTunes進駐Windows Store。
當智慧型手機逐漸取代個人電腦，微軟確實慢了一步，導致自家平台手機無法與Adroid和iOS競爭，但畢竟曾經一方霸主，微軟的軟體開發能力不容小覷，如同日本遊戲廠商SEGA停止販售主機，專心販售遊戲，反而創造更大一片天。
微軟公司全球企業傳播團隊總經理Tim O'Brien曾說，世界本來就相當多元，如今有許多硬體設備，微軟都能夠提供服務，特別是Windows工具；微軟日前開發者大會，用iPhone展示多項軟體功能。
當微軟宣布開放政策，股價也給予良好回應，一度漲到69.71美元，站上42年來最高點，並且微軟未來重心明顯在人工智慧AI，如同Google、Amazon、IBM、Fa酒店cebook等，微軟絕對不想這項競爭再次落後。
微軟人工智慧助理Cortana，將會充分利用在各種裝置，例如PowerPoint最新翻譯功能，就是導入Cortana能力，目前Cortana已經有1.45億使用者，包含智慧型手機、個人電腦、智慧音箱、車用系統等。
Windows 10確實是微軟相當成功產品，免費更新活動大量吸引使用者，一個月活躍使用者高達5億，也讓Cortana有了非常好的展現舞台，在逐步向各裝置邁進，開發者也願意拓展各項應用，讓微軟平台重新活躍。
元清觀-天公盃全國圍棋錦標賽，3日在彰泰國中熱烈登場，近900名的各地好手與賽，參賽人數創歷年新高！開賽前，先由元清觀管理人-市長邱建富主持和元清觀歷史等問題相關的有獎徵答，寓教於樂；同時也播放一首圍棋委員會獻給市長邱建富的一首歌＜創造富饒彰化＞，彰顯他對彰化市繁榮與建設的貢獻，以及多年來對圍棋運動的大力支持。

為提升民眾文化素養，彰化市公所歷年推展藝文休閒活動不遺餘力，每年皆舉辦『元清觀-天公盃』全國圍棋錦標賽，今年已邁入第七年，每年都吸引各地約800多名的圍棋好手參賽，深獲好評。今年的天公盃全國圍棋錦標賽，不僅『段位組』以上設立獎金制（500元至8000元），而幼兒組也是人人有獎（發給精美禮品），邱市長期盼能藉此推廣圍棋運動並讓其更向下扎根。

邱建富強調，圍棋反映了中華民族的睿智和深厚的文化底蘊，圍棋簡約易學的優點外，更具有鬥志的勝負感，別具一格的藝術創造性；對孩童思考、邏輯推理能力的培養極有助益。位在『元清觀』後方陳稜路上的「元清觀民藝館」，為延續優良傳統及調適市民的身心，特將圍棋技藝列入文化研習班活動招生課程中，兼任元清觀管理人的邱建富歡迎大家一同參加圍棋學習的行列。
